Mini Pizzas

1 white tortilla or low-carb white tortilla for low-carbers
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Garlic salt
8 slices of Italian salami
16 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup of Colby-Jack cheese, grated
1 tablespoons black olives, sliced

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°.

Step 2: Spray bottom of tortilla with non-stick cooking spray, place on baking sheet.

Step 3: Spread tomato sauce on tortilla, sprinkle with garlic salt. Place 8 slices of Italian salami evenly on tortilla. Place 16 pepperoni slices evenly over tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on tortilla. Spoon olives evenly over tortilla.

Step 4: Bake for 6-7 minutes.

Step 5: Remove from oven. Cut pizza into 8 slices.

Makes 8 mini slices.
