Not Your Nacho
12-ounce bag tortilla chips
1 cup seasoned chicken, cooked
1 16-ounce can refried beans
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 4-ounce can sliced olives
2 green onions, sliced
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Step 1: Place 12 to 14 tortilla chips on plate. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons chicken evenly across chips.
Step 2: Heat beans in microwave for approximately 4 minutes. Place 6 teaspoons evenly over plate of nachos.
Step 3: Spread ¼ cup cheese over each plate of nachos evenly.
Step 4: Spoon 1 ounce of olives onto each nacho plate.
Step 5: Place each plate in microwave for 45 seconds.
Step 6: Top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa and green onions.
Seasoned Chicken
2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
¼ cup water
Step 1: Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 2: Over medium heat, cook chick until done.
Step 3: Add taco seasoning and water. Heat until boiling. Simmer 5 minutes
